We exercise reasonable care in all brokerage activities but Client indemnifies us against claims arising from their inaccurate information or non-compliance. Client grants Astral Express Courier limited Power of Attorney to act as their authorized customs representative before U.S. government agencies. learn more

Authorization Includes: Execute customs entries and documentation, make declarations and amendments, pay duties/taxes from Client’s account, access confidential commercial information, and represent Client in customs proceedings. Duration: Effective until written revocation by Client or 30-day notice by us. Client warrants signatory has full authority and all representations are accurate and binding.

Terms and Conditions for Managed Transportation

Comprehensive logistics solutions including route optimization, carrier selection, tracking, and analytics through third-party carrier coordination.

Service Framework: Performance metrics and reporting established in Master Service Agreement; Client retains goods ownership while we manage logistics; pricing models include cost-plus, fixed rate, or performance-based arrangements. Requirements: Client provides accurate forecasting and advance notice for modifications. Technology integration (EDI, tracking systems) specified in implementation schedule. Performance: Continuous monitoring with corrective action procedures and improvement initiatives.
